NOTE: If it occurs that any organization wins any category without accepting nomination before the closing date of Nomination Acceptance, we will be compelled to declare the 2nd runner-up as the winner of the category provided the 2nd runner-up accepted nomination into the awards before the Acceptance Closing Date.
